• residents with allergies or asthma who might benefit from a reduction in the amount of indoor air pollutants in the home’s HVAC system

One of the most effective ways to clean ventilation and air ducts is by utilizing a source removal technique. This involves placing the system under negative pressure using a powerful vacuum. Through the use of devices that are inserted into the ducts, the debris can be dislodged and taken out of the system. Once the vacuum has been used, the remaining debris can then be collected and taken out of the home.

This varies depending on the size of the home and the layout of the ductwork. An average size home can take between three and five hours with two trained technicians.
